About return/refund/exchange/cancellation policy

Regarding changes/cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances (wrong image, size exchange, etc.), so please check the product details and precautions when ordering.

If it is confirmed that the product is defective, or if it is confirmed that the product was delivered incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us via the inquiry page within 7 days after receiving the product.
We will respond to returns and exchanges as soon as possible.

If replacement stock is out of stock, we may not be able to deliver the item.
If we do not have stock that can be exchanged, we will issue a refund.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.

In the following cases, we may refuse to return the item, even if the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
・If the contact is made more than 7 days after the product arrives・If the outer bag is thrown away
・If the condition of the returned product is significantly different from when it was delivered.・If the returned product is judged to be in a condition that cannot be resold.

Regarding the burden of shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges

If the product is found to be defective, or if it is confirmed that the product was delivered incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
In case of customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the cost.

About cooling off

Cooling-off is a system that applies to door-to-door sales and solicitation sales.
Please note that this system does not apply to our store, as this is a mail-order service where customers can make their own decisions and understand and confirm the details of their purchases.
